Effective leadership is central to the growth and sustainability of a third sector organization.
This program will allow you to invest time on identifying and developing your leadership strengths as you take forward your organization.
During this program you will:
Make the connection between leadership theory and the role of a leader
Use practical learning tools to reflect on your role and your key strengths and weaknesses
Develop an awareness of leadership topics such as motivation, setting and communicating direction and emotional intelligence
Learn to use participatory techniques to improve engagement in the groups you are working in
Gain an internationally recognized qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management
Current or aspiring leaders in the Child Care and non-profit sectors.
Dates & Times:
Programme 1: Programme 1 will run on Mondays and Tuesdays | Module 1 - 23 & 24 October | Module 2 - 4 & 5 December | Module 3 - 22 & 23 January
Programme 2: Programme 2 will run on Thursdays and Fridays ( Excluding module 2 which will run on a Wednesday and Thursday) | Module 1 - 26 & 27 October | Module 2 - 6 & 7 December | Module 3 - 25 & 26 January
Day 1: Module 1 & 3: 10am-5pm, Module 2: 9am-4pm
Day 2: Module 1 & 3: 8:30am-3:30pm, Module 2: 9am-4pm
