Enterprising organisations require leaders that are committed to their team and to continually developing themselves.
10am - 4pm
It is this continual investment in your learning that develops your strengths and brings increased value and impact to the work you lead in your organisation. You may find your strengths as a strategic or operational leader, but for most roles you may need to master both. These Just Enterprise workshops provide a supportive and safe space to re-engage with an advanced peer group, reflecting on different aspects of your role and the challenges you face. They also explore useful tools and techniques to improve your leadership practice.
During this programme you will:
- Develop confidence in your understanding of strategic and operational leadership
- Work with peers to explore the leadership challenges of your working strategy and of running your organisation
- Consider theoretical perspectives to diagnose challenges and opportunities, explore your guiding principles and plan for action
- Gain insight from case studies to link your learning to real life scenarios.
Who is this programme for?
These workshops are designed for third sector leaders, managers and social entrepreneurs who have previously completed Just Enterprise and Social Enterprise Academy leadership programmes. They will build upon your experience as a leader and the learning gained from these previous programmes.
With the support of Just Enterprise, this programme is available at a subsidised fee of £100.
Support with fees may be available to you through the Funding for Skills initiative. Please see Skills Development Scotland website for more information.
