Every day your organisation sets out to add value to society and make a difference in the world.  Identifying how you do this, articulating the difference you make, measuring this and getting buy-in from your organisation to make this a priority can often be a challenge. However at a time of decreased funding and resources, it is vital that third sector organisations are able to prove and show its added social value.

This two day programme will also help you to start thinking about the creative ways in which you can articulate your impact and embed a culture of measurement.

During this programme you will:

  • Explore the key concepts of monitoring and evaluation, the benefits and challenges of your social impact
  • Explore different approaches to how you articulate and evidence
  • Identify how you gain buy-in and support from your organisation to enhance impact measurement
  • Develop an action plan that will help you to start implementing your approach to impact measurement
