This programme is for promoter or performer members of the Touring Network. This six-day programme is two weekend residentials, bringing together people from communities, or who have a community interest and have plans to grow their activities.
Isle of Skye

The programme will support leaders to become more enterprising in their role and approach to working both internally and with their community.
The deadline for applications is 25 October. Places are limited.
The outcome will be a peer group of leaders, with a range of leadership skills to develop their innovative work in communities with confidence.
During this programme you will:
- Explore new ways to generate income and reduce grant reliance
- Develop your leadership skills
- Put together a plan for your organisation’s work for the future
- Be part of a peer group of future leaders for the rural arts sector
Who is it for?
Members of the Touring Network, who are new to leadership learning. Learners should be able to commit to the whole programme and meet their own travel costs (although discretionary travel bursaries are available), and providing a testimonial after the programme.
