'Scott has been engaging with people in communities for over 20 years. Facilitating shared experiences through his work in Youth & Community Development, or utilizing and celebrating the Outdoors as a Learning Environment as an Instructor and Coach. 

Over the past 5 years with the  Academy he has facilitated on a range of programmes as an Associate Facilitator and a Facilitator on the Academys' Education team; from Visioning Sessions across communities in Scotland, to work delivered in collaboration with Mental Health Charities to provide support for Children and Young People in Education.

Scotts brings his enthusiasm and passion to his work, with Children, Young People and Adults in groups of all skills and abilities, to help enrich the opportunities that working together can bring.
