Our Co-Design Process

Your team, network or organisation has its own particular strengths and challenges.

Because one-size doesn't fit all we use a co-design process to create programmes that work for individual and organisational needs.

What is a co-designed programme?

It's completely tailored to your needs, drawing on our baseline programmes and the experience of our programme design specialists. We're here to be your partner and help you achieve ambitious aims for your organisation.

1. Vision

Together we'll look at the vision you have for your organisation and the people within it, now and for the future. We'll also look at objectives and strategic or stakeholder influences.

2. Exploring Needs

We'll explore key areas to build the programme around, such as strengths to develop and challenges to overcome, behaviour and mindset changes, organisational and systemic cultures.

3. Content and Approaches

We'll hone in on specific topics and themes, and how they might be delivered, for example using co-coaching, action learning and study visits.

4. Tutor Selection

Tutors are selected for their appropriate background, delivery style and relevance. They include social entrepreneurs, former chief executives, strategy and business development specialists, community and voluntary organisation specialists.

5. Project Planning and Delivery

Fitting in with how your organisation works is key to successful programmes. We also provide key functions so that you don't have to worry about them, including:

  • Promotional materials using your brand
  • Online booking
  • Learner recruitment and administration
  • Folders and learning materials
  • Venue and catering management
  • Programme evaluation and reporting
